Project Goals

InterTech's know-how and technology for custom leak testing and functional testing solutions differentiates it from competitors that only sell off-the-shelf box instruments. Since its inception, InterTech had used by-lined articles in leading trade publications to help establish its expertise in the marketplace. When their PR specialist retired, they found ALM Communications through a referral and asked for assistance maintaining a marketplace profile with feature stories and news releases.

Campaign Highlights

In the first year, ALM more than quadrupled the yearly number of feature stories published by and about InterTech Development Company.
ALM created alternatives to the strict reliance on case study type articles that had been used in the past. This meant that the historic bottleneck of waiting for customer story approvals was bypassed. As a bonus, less InterTech staff time was tied up in story development.
In the campaign's second year, all the year's feature stories were placed in what InterTech considers A+ publications to reach its market.
