
Dickson Company, arguably the world leader in temperature and humidity monitoring instruments, had long ago finessed direct mail marketing tactics to gain a leading market position in North America. More recently, Dickson launched a highly successful e-commerce web site and an international dealer network. Success with PR proved more elusive, and after several false starts with less than sterling results, Dickson enlisted ALM's assistance to generate notice in trade magazines both domestically and abroad.
